This Medium freeze dryer will process 1,750 pounds of fresh food per year (8–12 pounds per batch). In a year's time, you can freeze-dry 375 gallons of food.

Shipping Info: The medium freeze dryer ships in one package with a total weight of 212 lbs (221 lbs for stainless steel). Item may be delivered only to physical addresses, not PO boxes. One freeze dryer package measures 26″ W × 36″ D × 45″ H.
Maintenance: Simply filter & replace the oil every 20–25 cycles. (The oil can be recycled one time, a straightforward task that takes only a couple of minutes.)
